Have you ever woken up with excruitating physical pain and thought “What have I done?”
Realizing that really you haven’t done anything physical such as an accident to actually cause the pain.
I know I have and when I have thought through it through it has been due to me feeling over anxious about something and bending my body into all sorts of interesting poses as I type at my computer or sleep in my bed. It also occurs if I haven’t been doing my exercise regularly.
Pain comes in various ways, did you know that even physical pain can be due to your emotions. This can be either short term due to a stressful circumstance or event or chronic pain from experiences that have happened within your life.
Taking steps to reduce pain is in recognizing the physical aspects as in how are you sitting at work, or maybe even sleeping are you relaxed or all tied up in a not.
Two things you can do right Now!!! to help alleviate pain is firstly to RELAX!!! I know you say but I have all this work to do. FINE!!! but put your mind into a relaxed state to do it. Then working through with what is the most important things that need to be done to what can wait and give those a time and day.
Secondly I can’t push this point across enough – Walk & Stretch
Each morning when you wake up even before getting out of bed – stretch each limb. Then go for a walk, now I know you have to be at work – OK park further away if possible, are there stairs walk up and down these a few times throughout the day. You may find getting back to this could be somewhat painful in itself, but just gently incorporate this each day, stepping up the pace a little bit more.

However pain can occur within your body also due to acidic or uric acid build up as you may have read in my previous email to you.
The above suggestions will benefit, but you will still need to look at making changes to your diet.
