Getting a Clear Picture of your Subconscious Mind
The simplest way to have a clearer picture of your subconscious mind is to see it as your very own computer hard drive with you being the programmer. You have this computer, and it is stored with a myriad of great and not so great information. As the programmer you go about deleting the information, files etc that are not relevant to you or that may even be harmful to your computer. This is where affirmations and daily inspirational quotes are helpful. Notice how I say helpful as there needs to be a level of commitment and action to go with the affirmation also to engage your conscious mind to accept and act on the changes.
To go about changing limiting beliefs is to convince your conscious mind in a logical sense to accept these changes with the reasons why they are important to you.
