Personal Insight!

Many years ago, I was recovering from an attack on my life.

 During that time, I found solace in Anthony Robbins’ book, “Awaken the Giant Within”1. It served as a workbook, guiding me through my recovery process.

I highly recommend reading this book, as it played an instrumental role in supporting my journey to recovery.

In his book, Robbins highlights an interesting observation. When you ask people what they don’t want, they can provide you with an extensive list.

 However, when asked what they want, they often find it challenging to answer1. I found this to be true and quite revealing. It helped me move forward, regain my path, and facilitated positive changes in my life.

The first step towards making positive changes is to identify and understand precisely what you want to change and why. Some of these areas that require change might involve ingrained habits. However, not all of these habits will align with your Core DesiresCore Values, and Dreams1.

These aspects are essential to consider while working through the course Building a Brilliant Mind.
