& Conventional Treatments
Many of the medicated crèmes are purely chemically based will give little to no real time pain relief not to mention skin irritation and unwanted side effects from the crème being absorbed into our bloodstream. The safest is to use pure essential oils such as lavender, eucalyptus and chamomile.
The conventional way of treatment used such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or NSAIDs. NSAIDs are one of the most widely prescribed group of medicines; however, they are associated with some serious side effects. NSAIDs can increase your risk of a fatal heart attack or stroke. The risk increases the higher the dosage and the longer the length of time you remain on an NSAID for.
