I have been helping people to Transform their Health, Happiness, Energy & Vitality for over 30 years. Guiding, Supporting and Empowering each person to overcome health problems, reunite with their inner selves to achieve their deep core desires, goals and dreams to Master a Life of Optimal Health, Happiness and Vitality, to Live their Best Life.

“The Question I’m often Asked – Is How did this all begin ?”

From my early adult life I had this pull toward wanting to make a difference with my life in the world. I became curious about the options open to health and becoming well.
I wanted to know, what exactly would support people in being healthy, happy and having control over their health as well as their life. Realizing that these two seem to go together.

The next area that I became really fascinated with was aging. Why did some people seem to age well, being that happy, energetic and vital.
Yet others didn’t seem to do so well. This appeared despite socio economic or challenging circumstances.

My true passion for these connections came about after giving birth to my first two children. As having children does, it changes your life forever as did mine. I wanted to lay down a strong and solid  foundation for their life.

I commenced my studies with Beauty Therapy providing me with a deep understanding into self care and what could be done that wasn’t artificial or surgical to age well. This gave me a hunger to want to know more. So then engaging further study into Massage and  Naturopathic Medicine. These became the tools necessary to support development of a “Holistic Lifestyle.” This providing the foundation for the beliefs that I had in regards to living a life of making a difference, providing the support needed in developing this life of Ageless Aging and Optimal Health

Without truly realizing what I had done, I had firstly followed my passion, my life path providing me with an in depth understanding of “Healing.” Now having earnt the term “Multidisciplinary Practitioner” incorporating all areas of my studies to support the Body’s return to Optimal Health. Understanding the underlying cause of any health problem is the – Key to Obtaining and Maintaining Life of Optimal Health & Vitality

I Believe that I must Practice what I Preach. Clearly walking the walk –
