According to the Cancer foundation and sound nutritional advice, your diet needs to consist largely of whole grains, organic chicken, wild caught fish, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate saturated fats, alcohol, trans fats, fried foods, sugars, processed foods, and white (refined) flour items.
Many fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, kale, spinach, garlic, capsicum, mushrooms and blue berries, blackberries, papaya, acai berries have been shown to have powerful cancer fighting properties, aim to consume at least one – two servings of these fruits and two to three servings of these vegetables three times a day whilst supporting your body to heal from lung and liver cancer.
