Changing Your Thoughts about the Food you Eat!!
#Food Preparation: Avoid deep fried and char grilled foods. Steam, poached, slow baked or grilled foods are best. Wash vegetables and fruit before eating in a solution of vinegar and water say 1/2 cup of vinegar to 1 litre of water. Any canned foods (most of these should be avoided but if you do have any such as corn or beans rinse well before cooking).
#Alkalize: Eating a well balanced diet is imperative for the prevention of any disease: By having your daily food intake with a high percentage of alkalizing forming foods.
