Here is an Easy and Effective skin care routine that I developed over the years especially to support men in maintaining healthy skin, helping to prevent dryness and premature ageing.

Just a little insight into my Just for You products: I have developed and formulated these over the past 27 years with my knowledge of Naturopathic medicine and Cosmetology. Initially they were developed to support my client’s health concerns from the outside so as to enhance any other health treatments and protocols that I prescribed in assisting with my client’s return to health.

Skin Care is important, not only to look your best, but in supporting healthy skin, you are also supporting a healthier you. “Just for You” skin care products are all vegetable, organic based with the use of herbs and essential oils to support healthy skin renewal, protection and nourishment.

Men’s Regenerating & Refreshing Face & Body Scrub

Use twice daily in the bath or shower. My guys using this as their base for shaving as well. This is a Deep but Gentle Cleanser & Scrub for both your Body & Face Cleanses & Removes environmental dirt and grime

Gently exfoliating, removing dead skin cells allowing skin to heal more efficiently, leaving it soft & smooth. Feel the Difference and enjoy the hidden aromas and healing benefits of pure essential oils spearmint, lime, mandarin, lemon, orange and tea tree. As mentioned your face and body scrub is in a chemical, paraben and soap free base using gentle wax beads to exfoliate and accelerate the renewal of healthy cells. Leaving your skin looking healthy & feeling soft to touch.

After showering with your Face and Body Scrub – For additional protection, rejuvenation & restoration of your skin use our –

Men’s Face & Body Lotion

Once again for best results use twice daily – Once a day both Face and Body: Then again on your face and any particularly dry areas. Depending on your routine you could do the full body and face say in the morning and just the face and dry areas at night or visa/versa.

Healthy Skin begins with the Food you Eat.

When it comes to Healthy skin your Diet plays an important role –

Healthy Eating Made Easy: Sample Daily Eating Plan

Breakfast – either porridge [whole porridge in a saucepan with boiling water only takes 5 mins, none of the instant “Stuff”] with berries and Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt

Or Poached eggs with avocado and spinach on sour dough toast

Lunch: Salad bowl with dark greens, carrot, poached chicken or eggs (if you didn’t have them for breakfast), capsicum or salady veg that you like. You can make this up the night before and even add some boiled rice or noodles.

 Dinner: Healthy Protein – I know you guys like your steak, but keep it to once to twice a week, good quality, lean and the size of the palm of your hand. The other days include either fish or chicken, beans, lentils, if you aren’t into beans or lentils, nuts make a great addition. For example – A handful of cashews, almonds, pinenuts, pumpkin seeds. The nuts and seeds can be ground in a food processer with onion and garlic for patties. Every day include 4 – 5 different vegetables with your meal eg: pumpkin, carrot, parsnips, eggplant, zucchini, spinach, kale, broccoli, capsicum etc.

Drink – 2 -3 litres of water per day

Replace Iced coffees and milk drinks with herbal teas or black filtered coffee [great for liver and kidney health] limit coffee to two cups per day.

The herbal teas that I have found men to like best are – Dandelion, lemongrass, lemon and ginger, green tea with jasmine.

Snacks: There is nothing easier, quicker or more economical than fruit – you know the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” it also keeps the fat belly away. And of course bananas, oranges, berries and the list goes on.
