 Cancer does not have to be a “Terminal Sentence”. By becoming addicted to being and becoming healthy by making healthier food choices is your best line of defence in either preventing or overcoming Cancer.

Cancer is a Chemical Caused Disease: That needs Non-Chemical Based Treatment for the Body to Heal

I am sure that you are well aware that the majority of medical intervention when it comes to the treatment of disease is neither satisfactory or effective for you becoming well.

The sad effects of negative addictions incorporated over a lifetime, can make it somewhat impossible for the body to recover and to become well.
I haven’t come across anyone when they are diagnosed with cancer or any other form of disease who actually want to die.

Unfortunately the methods and lab produced chemical treatments being used for the supposed “fight against cancer” mutates, that is destroys more human cells leading to an earlier grave than you may well have hoped for.
So let’s move away from these destructive treatments and give you some positive steps to undertake to Overcome and Prevent a Disease that is taking over the World.

Cancer Fighting Foods List

  1. Turmeric — otherwise known as curcumin. Using high grade Organic Turmeric supports and builds your immune system. Whilst being a wonderful antioxidant expelling unwanted toxins and chemicals from your body.
  2. Alkalize Approach – The refers to the pH therapy approach and it is quite simple.  Cancer cell metabolism has a very narrow pH tolerance for cellular proliferation (mitosis). This being between 6.5 and 7.5. So if you can interfere with cancer cell metabolism either by lowering or raising internal cancer pH, in theory you can virtually stop cancer progression.  Introducing an alkaline diet is the simplest and most effective way of keeping your body in an ultimate alkaline/acid balance for both prevention and treatment of disease. The alkaline diet,  is primarily plant-based avoiding sugar, dairy, wheat and other high-gluten grains. Also limiting excess consumption of fruits,  emphasizing the importance of fresh vegetables and homemade vegetable juices.  Cruciferous vegetables and greens, play an important role with changes to the body’s intracellular pH to come close to the ideal blood pH of 7.3/7.41.  This being a key metabolic accomplishment on the path to living a vital healthy life without becoming victim to disease. By having an alkaline diet with the main component of your daily eating being that of 75%  vegetables and 10 – 15% fruits  with minimal animal protein. This creates a less-than-optimal environment for cancer proliferation, also it strengthens your immune function. Whilst supporting the renewal of  healthy cells in the body by fueling it with proper nutrition.
  3. Melatonin — With cancer treatments we want to incorporate as many scavengers of free radicals that we can. You may like to know that you can combat free radical damage whilst you sleep.  Whilst you are sleeping is when your body is tuned into repair mode. Over 50 years ago it was discovered that melatonin is a functionally diverse molecule with antioxidant properties. Melatonin has the ability to reduce oxidative damage. It has been found to be even more effective than glutathione, vitamin C and Vitamin E.and has been found to be superior to glutathione and vitamins C and E. It is also has beneficial affects in fighting free-radical-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease as  well as cancer. Melatonin has been known for it benefits with helping with improving sleep, so I guess it only makes sense that it going to help by being a scavenger for free radicals. The great news is that it is inexpensive and available through most pharmacies.
  4. Filtered or Real Spring Water without added fluoride — If you are working at overcoming cancer as you are aware by now keeping your body at an ideal pH is of vital importance. It is only the proper Spring Water that will alkalize your body. Drinking either Spring or Filtered water will also assist in flushing away unwanted toxins and chemicals. Also keeping you well hydrated and assisting to keep healthy kidney function.
  5. Baking soda (Bicarb) — Yes, I know the one you can buy in the supermarket inexpensive and yet so effective. One teaspoon morning and night in a glass of water. This will help to alkalize your system so that cancer can’t survive anymore. Also introduce a lemon squeezed in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning and bingo. Well Done!!!
  6. Organic garlic cloves — Organic garlic cloves work as they have over 200 biologically active components that will beat down the pathogens-the bad guys the mutated cells that are used to multiply  There is a component in these guys called ornithine decarboxylase by blocking off this enzyme you cut off the enemies supply lines. No fuel for the cancer cells. Cut your cloves into small pieces that you are able to swallow this is how it can be odourless, you can also add them to your baked vegetables, stir fries and smoothies. You need to have three to four cloves per day.

In Summary

Aim for 5 – 6 serves of a variety of different vegetables per day for example: pumpkin, zucchini, capsicum, sweet potato, cabbage (especially purple), purple carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes (cooked) and not from a can, broccoli, spinach, kale. Not forgetting your onions, ginger and garlic not just for flavour but for your health as well. Fruits that are best are berries, red apples, rockmelon, kiwi fruit, grapefruit, figs
